Basement Floor Installation
As with all vinyl flooring, the subfloor needs to be relatively flat and level for a proper installation. The basement floor in this Westfield, NJ home need some patching and leveling prior to us laying the floor. After removing the old cushion backed carpet, the stairs were scraped and cleaned in preparartion for the install. The Korlok Select 9″ width allows for a one piece tread in combination with the specially color matched stair nosings. The risers were painted white and made for a nice contrast with the new flooring.
