The Project: Comprehensive Flooring Makeover
This flooring renovation encompassed an impressive 9,070 square feet, with varied spaces such as a meeting room, bridal suite, reception area with fireplace, coat room storage, kitchen staging area, ballroom, and vestibule.
Our expert team began by carefully removing and disposing of the existing carpet and flooring. This was followed by meticulous floor clean-up and preparation, to ensure a clean, flat foundation for the new flooring. Premium 1/4” underlayment plywood was installed to give us a nice smooth surface, strengthen the subfloor, and guarantee longevity.
Taking into account the client’s preferences and the unique requirements of each space, our team and ultimately the client, chose the high-quality, aesthetically pleasing Shaw Contract carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring. These options will provide the Country Club with the perfect blend of durability and style.
The Product: Shaw Contract Flooring
In the meeting room, bridal suite, and the area around the reception fireplace, we installed Shaw Contract 5T348 Batik Carpet Tile. This product is equipped with Ecologix Cushion Backing, offering added comfort and durability.
The coat room storage and kitchen staging area saw the installation of Shaw Contract Carpet Style Gradient 5A153 in the color Birds eye 34761, over a 32oz commercial fiber pad, applied to the existing concrete subfloor.
The ballroom, reception area, and vestibule were reinvigorated with Shaw Contract 4372V Inlet II color Valley LVT Plank flooring. This commercially warranted LVT flooring is known for its durability and striking aesthetic appeal. Our specialists installed the new flooring over the new luann and installed all finish moldings.
