Custom Hall & Stair Runner
This custom runner had many great elements that set it apart. The Antrim carpet that was selected by the client was hand loomed from 100% Wool. Wool is naturally durable and stain resistant making it easy to maintain. Wool is also non-allergenic and flame retardant. All of which make it a wonderful choice for a stair runner.
The selected carpet style, Zambezi, has a timeless herringbone pattern. Due to the fact that the pattern repeat was small and the carpet width was 15′ wide, there was very little waste on the project.
The runner was custom cut, and bound with a 3″ cloth binding. The runner flowed down the hallway, the staircase, and two
landings.
